No. Black Tie Affair provides bartending services only. The client is responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol. We provide a detailed alcohol shopping list and are happy to review your purchase plan to ensure quantities are correct.
We provide our mobile bar, professional bartenders, ice, mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, bar equipment, 2 kegs, full setup and breakdown, and custom drink menu planning assistance.
Black Tie Affair staffs at a ratio of one bartender per 50 guests to ensure smooth, efficient service throughout your event. Because every celebration is unique, we may recommend additional staffing when appropriate to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Travel within 35 miles of Malvern, Arkansas is included in all packages. For events beyond that radius, a flat fee plus a per-mile charge will be applied to your estimate.
To secure your date, we require a signed service agreement and a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 1 day prior to your event.
For outdoor events, clients must provide a weather contingency plan. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Black Tie Affair reserves the right to pause or discontinue service for safety.
